Last winter we set out to challenge ourselves by putting on our first ever supper club which focused on different ways to explore our favourite ingredients and share them with you.

So many of our go-to dishes incorporate sourness into the palette, so this time we are exploring pickles and ferments for a tastebud tingling summer menu.
