Community Main Hall A + B
Our Main Hall can be used as a single large space or divided into two separate areas (Hall A and Hall B) with a removable divider. This flexible setup is ideal for events that require breakout sessions, workshops, or simultaneous activities. Whether together or apart, the halls provide a bright, adaptable space for community gatherings, cultural events, and more.
Community Front Café Space
Our welcoming Community Front Café Space is perfect for pop-ups, workshops, gatherings, and creative residencies. Formerly a functioning café, the space is equipped with seating, counters, a coffee machine, grinder, and other café-ready facilities, making it ideal for food, drink, and community-focused activities.
Community Kitchen
Our community kitchen is a fully equipped industrial space with wok burners and gas stoves, perfect for chefs looking to prepare East and Southeast Asian meals.

Workshop Room
A smaller room with a removable divider and flexible setup, perfect for workshops or classes with up to 20 people.
Co-Working Space
We have studio spaces upstairs at ESEACC available to rent by the hour or by the day. Get in touch with us to inquire about availability and rates.
ESEACC Community Garden
Take a seat outdoors, enjoy the plants and flowers, and have a relaxed chat with friends.
Our Community Garden is also available to rent for private events, perfect for a summer BBQ or hosting a cosy supper club.
