• Steps are being taken to strengthen financial reporting and controls

• A Finance Sub-committee has been established to provide enhanced oversight

5. Legacy Projects

• The organization continues to manage ongoing projects and partnerships while planning for future initiatives

• Steps are being taken to strengthen HR management through external expertise
